Nederwiet?
Met nederwiet wordt de in Nederland gekweekte plant Cannabis sativa L. bedoeld, dezelfde plant als hennep, die vanwege zijn bijzonder sterke vezels tot touw en andere weefsels kan worden verwerkt.
Bij nederwiet gaat het niet om de vezels maar om het THC-gehalte, dat door selectie behoorlijk kan worden opgevoerd. De bloemtoppen (de rest van de plant wordt in dit verband niet gebruikt) kunnen daarbij gehaltes tot wel 25% bevatten.
